I recently had an issue with my car's Exide battery and reached out to Everon Smart Solutions India Pvt Ltd., an authorized Exide dealer in Bachupally. I spoke with Mr.Chaitanya, who listened to my concerns and promptly arranged for a technician to assist me. Mr.Venu, the technician, arrived shortly after. He was extremely polite and professional. After inspecting the battery, he informed me that it needed to be taken out and charged for 8-10 hours to diagnose the exact issue. True to his word, he called me the next day with an update - the battery needed replacement. As my battery was still under warranty, I received a great price on a new one with an exchange for the old battery. Upon my confirmation, Mr.Venu quickly prepared the invoice and came to my location with a new DIN50 battery. He installed it, thoroughly checked the setup, and completed the warranty registration process on the spot. I truly appreciate the efficient and courteous servie provided by both Chaitanya and venu.
